What is Disaster?

Disaster is a serious disruption or sudden  catastrophic event that harm or loss of life, property damage environment, economy and community. disaster is a event that is harm for human life and people can not withstand of their own capacity and they need to appeal for external help or support. 

when hazard create a catastrophic event or when hazard meets to the community and create loss of life and their property and environment that is called disaster. there is nothing about natural disaster.
